You will then have a maximum of 14 days to return the item to our shipping center.

Return Shipping Fees 

When your return request is accepted and the product is damaged or incorrect, the return shipping fees are on us. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to return the item to our Sephyra shipping center.

  • Returned items must be unworn, with attached tags, and kept in their original packaging. This ensures that the products remain in perfect condition for resale.

  • You have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the item to our Sephyra shipping center. It is important to respect this deadline to allow us to process your return promptly.

  • All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection before any exchange or refund. We will ensure that the items meet the aforementioned return conditions.

Please note that adhering to these deadlines and conditions is essential to ensure an efficient processing of your return. Any return that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to refurbishment fees.

Exchange or Refund Options 

Once we receive your package at our shipping center, you will have the choice of two options. If you wish to exchange, we will send you the correct product as a replacement. If you prefer a refund, we will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving your package at our shipping center.
